We believe all adults who have care and support needs have the right to a high quality, empowering, non-oppressive and transparent service which meets their needs with as little intrusion into their chosen lifestyle as is possible and safe.
We strive to enable the staff we train to support improvements in the well being of the people they support and work towards the outcomes they want.
“My aim is to provide training and consultancy that is motivating, challenging and creative to encourage translation into innovative and enthusiastic service delivery. Our training increases the knowledge base of participants, with information being provided in an appropriately clear and accessible format. We provide training which gives participants the confidence to appropriately understand and question current practice, and to take individual responsibility to work towards an improved service.”

“We aim to use the many years of experience at our disposal to provide innovative and engaging training, supportive advice and consultancy to Local Authorities, NHS trusts, Universities, providers and adults with care and support needs and their carers on an organisational and individual basis. We work directly with adults with care and support needs and carers, to empower the expression of individual or joint needs, requirements and opinions in a way that they are heard and can influence the services they use. We provide an independent view to complaints investigation, service trouble shooting, staffing issues, policy writing, Quality Assurance and designing services.”
